Working with direct team was great. Company has a meaningful mission.
Inconvénients
If new to the field of medical device, it will take several months, at least 6-9 months to understand the lay of the land. There is a lot of stringent processes that you need to adhere to that can be a work culture shock if coming from an outside industry.
