Avantages
1.) Professionalism is good. 2.) The salary they offer is also decent. 3.) Decent if you're in the initial stages of your career.
Inconvénients
1.) Too much dependency on one client. Let's say Tata. 2.) They don't have big clients. Only one big client was Tata. 3.) The HR and Finance departments are not good. They don't respond very often. You need to ping them 4-5 times then only they'll respond.
