Horrible place - Avis employé Meat Cutter Demkota Ranch Beef

They don’t give af about their employees. Everyone says this who works there. I got an injury working there and they tried to terminate me until I showed doctors notes. When I had to leave for surgery, they refused to answer my calls to try and put in a notice and leave on good terms. They accidentally answered me twice and hung up right away when they hear the name that was calling. They care nothing about their employees and there are no translators. There’s a huge language barrier if you speak english, so good luck understanding 98% of the spanish people who work here. My supervisor was extremely perverted towards the women and cussed and insulted the employees who worked for him. There’s honestly not much at all good to say about the place. You waste a bunch of time getting ready and cleaning off after work off the clock (almost an hour) which isn’t paid. If you get injured at the job (like I did) and need surgery, you will be on bad terms with the company and they will give bad recommendations for the next company you work for. I need surgery for my injury and they attempted to terminate me many times until i Repeated reminded them of doctor’s notes. When ai had to go in for physical rehab and put in a notice, they were so petty and refused calls and made me out to be on bad terms. I didn’t even put in workman’s comp. (Which I refuse not doing)
