I wouldnt like to structure my comments as pros or cons. Think about DataRPM as a company running a series of projects per customer. The concept of product or product management never exited. A new technology and lets implement. The CEO was a sales guy with no vision. His only vision was to sell the company , which he did for a paltry 30 million. This price was for a company which claims to provide cognitive predictive analytics , billion dollar market.
Inconvénients
Founders never shared the upside with employees.
