      Flexibility, and a hybrid work schedule

      Inconvénients

      They don’t have any written policy on pay periods and pay structure outside of what they put in your offer letter. In fact, upon termination they will find ways to not pay you what they owe you. They have no ethics either and have poached employees from their vendors

      Free lunch every Tuesday to promote more presence In-Office "Hybrid" work model Pretty good benefits

      Inconvénients

      Favoritism for company members that have been with the company for 10+ years not based on work ethic, efficiency, or merit. Good luck trying to grow within 2 years. Somewhat of a micro-managing style amongst the leadership team. Lack of SOPs - heavy reliance on VP of Operations for many tasks
