      You can work as many hours as you want whenever you want which is really convenient.

      Inconvénients

      The nature of the remote work and it being so independent is a little lonely--I have no interaction with my coworkers or bosses.

      Avantages

      Well-paid remote work with incredibly flexible hours. Variety of projects and work at times, and the pay is great for what it is.

      Inconvénients

      The company doesn't communicate well with it's employees, and can fire you or stop giving you projects on a whim without explanation. The project's aren't consistent sometimes, and you have to put in some unpaid (or poorly paid) time doing qualifications to work your way up to better work.
