Avantages

The culture is very strong. Core Values are consulted for every major decision. Senior Leadership is making the right moves to set the company up for the next generation of ownership and another 50 years. I would work for the President, COO, and manager again in a heartbeat. My days were always fast paced and I felt like I made a difference at the end of the day. Hiring is not done by only need but largely culture fit. This is the only place I have ever worked where I looked forward to interacting with every one of my co-workers. The Marketing team is amazing! They are an awesome group to work with!

Inconvénients

The previous Sales Team did not properly research new large clients for volume and culture fit. This set all of the support team back by a year. This was being fixed as I was exiting.

Avantages

The mast majority of people that work here are amazing. This company is great for growing your experience and knowledge of IT, however once you get past a level 3 tech, your responsibilities go up, but pay will barely move. The connections that I have with them I will keep with me for a long time. The company does a lot of events internally which does show company culture.

Inconvénients

This company does not care about work/life balance. Even outside of on-call rotation, engineers are expected to answer calls anytime of the day including weekends (late up to 10pm). There is a severe disconnect from upper management and even 2 levels below them. There are many people that stuck in the same position for many years with no promotion. Raises only come when you threaten to leave. This company will not give you "exceeds expectations" on your report even when your direct manager says you deserve it. This company used to put their employees first, they have since removed it, and it shows.
