      Avantages

      Clear direction and strategy with a newly formed leadership team, positive culture, supportive environment, energetic and loyal teams. Great, global reach. Flexible working arrangements with regular home working part of the culture. Great tools to support remote working.

      Inconvénients

      As the new strategy was introduced fairly recently, the company is going through change and introducing new processes and ways of working. The environment suits people who have a trail-blazing mindset and want to be part of the change. The ability to navigate through ambiguity sometimes, share ideas, have a voice and enjoy change in a competitive industry helps you be successful. This culture doesn't suit everyone.

      Avantages

      Great company! Awesome culture, amazing benefits, transparent management and the work itself is a lot of fun! Mobile apps! Excellent work/personal life balance, casual dress code, good medical and dental benefits, smart senior management, summer fridays, company lunches, etc.

      Inconvénients

      Because of the nature of the mobile app environment the company has to quickly adapt to change.

      Avantages

      The company culture is OK, inoffensive but just OK. They kept most of the perks of the old company I worked for in place until they moved operations to the East Coast.

      Inconvénients

      Buongiorno is a multi-national and management sees employees more as a resource than as people. There's no cohesive business strategy.
