      Avantages

      Friendly staff will drop everything if you have a question regarding benefits, work, etc. The turnaround time from initial interview to first day on the job is very fast.

      Inconvénients

      Contract work is contract work. Unfortunately, you don't know if you will have a job, or who the new employer will be until the last minute. They did attempt to keep us in the loop during the process, but contracts are contracts. They all have a beginning and end date.

      Management cares about employees and works hard to create the best environment for success.

      Inconvénients

      Agree whole-heartedly with previous reviewer: Nothing about the company itself but the Government Contracting world in general can be a chaotic at times, and you operate at the whim of the government.

      Avantages

      Corporate team actually cares about the people who work for them. They go out of their way to do the right thing for their employees and it makes this company feel different than other contractors. Leadership Team is a pleasure to work for - and they always want to hear new ideas and are very positive people. Benefits are amazing Flexibility with work-life balance The work feels like you're making a difference Pay is fair

      Inconvénients

      Nothing about the company itself but the Government Contracting world in general can be a chaotic at times, being at the whim of the government changes makes this a really good field for people who like challenges and being pushed to think of new ways to look at a problem.
