      Poor management, company says they're a family and that they care about each other but are just as cutthroat as any other company, poor project management, and pretends to invest in their employees

      Could work from home. Some enjoyable travel

      Every manager I worked with was unhelpful. No direction. All the accountability. Was told on many occasions to “study” because I don’t have time to manage you
