      Enriching the lives of those with a learning disability, becoming a teacher to those who don't have a voice, empowering people with every day activities, being part of a team across both teams, supporting one another to be the best that we can be.

      Inconvénients

      Can be mentally challenging and a little draining sometimes, long hours.

      Avantages

      Salary was good, raises kept me happy.

      Inconvénients

      Understaffed like crazy! I was constantly running around like a headless chicken trying to keep up with everyone's needs. You never had enough time to actually connect with the people you were supposed to be helping.
