      Avantages

      As a maintenance tech you can work as much overtime as you want. You are always in direct communication with management. You always make a lot of decisions and your voice is heard in meetings. Never expected to do anything beyond your job description.

      Inconvénients

      Expected to work 8 hours overtime. Decision making from management changes hourly. Benefits are not good (little to no company contribution). No matter how hard you work you will never be rewarded or given a bonus. Raises are slim to none. Management will not acknowledge periodic reviews. Work environment is harsh (cold/hot climate, dusty, hazardous). Safety is only taken seriously when the mistake is on you. Unclear direction/incompetent management in select positions

      Avantages

      1. Leadership will provide you with the autonomy to get projects and work done in the way that you see fit and provide support and guidance if asked 2. The benefits, including vacation days are very generous and promote work-life balance. Days off are easy to request and have approved 3. Small company vibes with a family feel makes for an excellent day to day work experience 4. There are tons of opportunities to move up and upskill to become an expert at your specific role, or move towards learning new roles entirely! 5. Pay is super competitive and PAID OUT WEEKLY!

      Inconvénients

      1. CPS is really not into remote work 2. There are tons of meetings to attend bc there is just so much transparency and collaboration 3. TBH, the benefits are a bit pricy and the 401k match is a little stingy
