Almost 1000 people were laid off in 2023 due to bad business decisions made by CEO and upper management. Employees lose livelihoods and jobs so Marc Katz can keep his privileged lifestyle running. Management doesn’t listen to employees, upper management plays favorites constantly, unclear expectations and constantly changing goals and procedures, new platforms and tech are launched before they are functional, pay never goes up no matter what you do, upper management makes empty promises constantly, no real diversity at higher levels, saying it’s a community and then lying to employees and cutting their livelihoods out from under them with no warning. Layoffs are being announced as new outsourced teams are being brought on. Laid off employees received emails with suggested budgeting tips within an hour or being told that they don’t have a job anymore.
