      Avantages

      I was employed for almost 3 months.,I never called in, always early, never missed and I did my job...everyone in my area was happy to have me there but I was fired because I didn't fit in...company's don't want good workers anymore.

      Inconvénients

      I really didn't have a downside except for the supervisor that has no life experience or leadership skills.

      Avantages

      I love working with the residents, they are so sweet!

      Inconvénients

      People do not show up to work! It makes caring for the residents difficult when you are working alone.
