      Avantages

      Great company. They really try to be transparent and make decisions that impact employees for the better. It's obvious that the CEO really cares about the well-being of the employees. The culture is very unique too. Employees care about one another and help each other out often.

      Inconvénients

      The hours can be crazy for Account Coordinators.

      hybrid, really lovely coworkers, slow summer months, open communication, values employees

      lack of process, busy quarter 1&2, leadership focuses very much on future business and lacks understanding of current operations, lack of compensation raises
