Working on technologies that improve education and help students succeed! Tackling real world challenges in a $600b industry is pretty exciting and fulfilling as well. The company culture is relaxed and friendly and management pays attention to not only the quality of your work, but the quality of your work life. Pretty special group. It's not the bay area...
Inconvénients
It's a fast growing start-up so space is tight and the noise can be a bit overwhelming at times. The fantastic views of San Diego bay can admittedly be a bit distracting as well. And yes, there always seems to be more work to do...I guess things could be worse. It's not the bay area...
