      Avantages

      Good insurance Weekly pay No weekends mostly 40+ hours

      Inconvénients

      The weld shops are old a busted up concrete floors that rocks literally showing. All the welders are outdated and 20 year old Lincoln machines. They still try and start welders at $18 an hour and work you as hard as they can. No ac or fans. Definitely not a place for a real welder

      Avantages

      Pay and benefits are decent. Work life balance is manageable with 8 hrs shifts.

      Inconvénients

      Workplace attitude is not always positive. Some employees are worked harder than ones that are lazy.
