Avantages

- Most of the people (the consultants, developers, sales team) are generally good people that can do their jobs if direction is provided - The teams are willing to work hard and really just need good direction and great documentation

Inconvénients

- Executive leaders are inexperienced and many do should not hold the titles they do - If you are not part of the leadership team, the ability to advance is very minimal - Thier ProScope project is poorly documented from a development/architecture standpoint and nothing makes it to paper in a time manner unless its a release that is vetted by NetSuite. - Partners do not receive the appropriate attention and the wrong partners are often sought - the CEO and MD do not understand what is really financially driving the business and burn through sales people and consultants like a brand new start up.

Avantages

One of the few positives is that the business does have a small number of genuinely talented, hardworking, and dedicated individuals. In my experience, these people are often the reason projects are delivered, customers remain supported, and day-to-day operations continue to function despite the wider organisational challenges. Unfortunately, it often felt as though the success of the company depended disproportionately on a handful of individuals constantly firefighting issues, compensating for poor communication, lack of planning, and ineffective execution elsewhere in the business. Their commitment and professionalism deserve significant credit. My concern is that the business has become overly reliant on these key individuals. Should they choose to leave, there is a real risk that many of the underlying problems currently being contained would become much more visible, potentially creating significant operational and customer-facing challenges.

Inconvénients

The business is full of ideas and good intentions, but there is a consistent lack of clear strategy and, more importantly, an inability to implement effectively. This is particularly surprising given the company positions itself as an expert in delivering and implementing solutions for others. Communication across the business is extremely poor. There is little alignment, decisions often feel reactive rather than strategic, and employees are frequently left without clear direction. What stood out to me most is that feedback shared in reviews from many years ago still appears to be relevant today. The same themes around leadership, communication, and delivery don’t seem to have been addressed, which raises questions about whether the business is willing or able to change. From a customer perspective, there were visible frustrations, and relationships did not always appear healthy or stable. For anyone considering joining—particularly in a sales role—I would strongly encourage you to do thorough due diligence. There appears to be a pattern of relatively short tenures, and it can feel like a high-turnover environment. One customer even described it as a “revolving door” of salespeople, which reflects the lack of continuity. Having now experienced it firsthand, I would echo other reviewers who described joining as a mistake. I only wish I had paid closer attention to the feedback available before accepting the role.
