Avantages
it was a very reliable steady job only was 18 an hour and that was okay because our work load was minimal so it excused the pay and lack of benefits , sick time , and vacation time . When new management came in everything all the sudden became hectic, unstructured, and now every ones overworked as after lay offs everyone is doing the work of 5 people to squeeze as much money out of their work force as possible ,
Inconvénients
have been promising raises for months and when adding even more to work load management states a pay raise would be "unfair"
