      Constantly working to improve company culture and work environment. It feels like family here.

      Inconvénients

      I wish there was an incentive/bonus structure for all employees (overhead included)

      Avantages

      Insurance benefits were good, 401K was decent.

      Inconvénients

      Layoffs were common, management kept hiring VPs and executives while laying off the rest of the staff.
