Great Benefits! is rare to find a company that will pay fully for health insurance. Immediate reach to upper management due to the size of the company. Opportunities to meet a lot of people within the industry. Most of the employees are nice! you can get along well.
Inconvénients
Although CEO is a great guy, he relies too much on the wrong people to take key decisions in the company. Upper management not open to new ideas and innovation. I was an IT graduate and ended up serving at the Accounting Dept (not sure why). Advancement is limited to personal interests and favoritism. Not a clear path on milestones and collaboration to reach overall company goals. At some point the culture feels more like a small town with a lot of gossip than an actual serious company. Model not what a Software Development Company nowadays should be, less waterfall more agile. No advancement in the corporate ladder at all! positions are assigned by finger pointing basically, and not by real knowledge or merit.
