      Avantages

      Individuals are great to work with and adore the museum

      Inconvénients

      There is no true leadership. Executive staff is rife with bullies and people entrenched in "this is how we've always done it." I have little trust for those who are supposed to be our leaders. I especially don't trust HR. Accounting has too much power to dictate tasks and schedules of people in other departments it works with.

      Avantages

      Amazing healthcare & other benefits Know you work for a super interesting and cool place A bit slow most of the time (could be pro or con)

      Inconvénients

      Overall culture & community is a bit disjointed, not much contact between office jobs & visitor-facing roles; not to mention most people work from home and place is often eerily quiet. Hours/schedule were also not a great fit; Wednesday-Sunday
