They do allow you to learn some web technologies on the job. Their 'must-have' list is small. So it's a good place to start.

Inconvénients

You don't get broad experience because database and servlets are created by other departments.

Great co-workers, always work to be done. I work with a great team, always willing to help out when needed!

Raises are low, hours get cut if it's slow.
