      Avantages

      The coworkers are friendly and hard working, the ones that stay The client base is good, and I loved working with most of the clients - and genuinely looked forward to taking some of their calls :)

      Inconvénients

      A typical day is 9 and a half hours - Making for a 47.5 hour work week and you working 30 hours more per month than a typical 8 hour work day. To work here you have to be very bought into the company culture and be willing to commit/push yourself without any real incentives leading to high chances of being burned out from the combination of high workload, high stress, and low pay/benefits. No benefits, low pay scale, high stress environment, small company - no upward mobility.

      Avantages

      Coworkers are great. Tight-knit Team. Your contribution to the team has a real tangible impact on day to day operations, so you clearly see the results of your hard work. Many different client environments so you get exposure to many networks and real-world operations styles; definitely an amazing place to skill-up and gain knowledge at an accelerated pace.

      The company is growing, but is small. Your professional growth and progression will match the company's.

      Avantages

      - Great opportunity to grow in a fast-paced environment - Friendly clients who don't pressure or abuse you - Supportive team members who are there to help! - You work from 8:35am to 6:00p and not expected to work past that unless it's your on-call week and only for emergencies. If not emergencies, enjoy your night!

      Inconvénients

      - Efficiency is necessary but can be taught - Exhausting all means to contact a client (phone call, voicemail and email). This may not be for the feint of heart for anti-social people - Sitting around and not doing anything isn't allowed. There is always work to be done
