Avantages

1. Nice Salary and credited on timely basis. 2. Relax and steady work no work pressure but in some project few managers pressurize the associates as they never ever work as Manager but join as a manager. 3. Pay is good but hike will no up to the mark. 4. It is a good company if you don't have high expectation expect salary. 5. For short term this is the good company but for long term as this point of time its not unless management think on it and make a proper employee policy.

Inconvénients

1. No Transparency and stream line process. 2. The title not given as per work you do it is common and many time it doesn't define what your title and what your role. 3. Growth: There is no cycle of promotion so don't expect any promotion. There should be a proper policy needs to create for promoting internal talent so that iteration rate come in control. 4. You will not lean anything from your manager. They are dump and also few seniors. There are many example where as compucom offered exceed salary but that person doesn't deserve as per his/her knowledge. 5. There are lot of negativity among the associates about the company. 6. No town hall from the higher management or no meeting with onsite VP or management to understand company business goal. 7. Not streamline 8 No employee retention policy from HR as well as from Manager.

Avantages

Solid. Honestly no complaints. But always continue to improve

Inconvénients

Can include working in the warehouse which isn’t technical at all

Avantages

Coworkers, exposure to different areas of IT, decent pay

Inconvénients

No support from upper management, working with skeleton crews on multiple projects at once, 1-on-1s felt like a waste of time, annual raises were not competitive
