      Avantages

      Amount of PTO you get as a new hire is a plus, not much else I can say based on my experience

      Inconvénients

      You will probably never get a raise, you will be expected to do a lot while receiving very little....

      Can include working in the warehouse which isn’t technical at all

      Coworkers, exposure to different areas of IT, decent pay

      Inconvénients

      No support from upper management, working with skeleton crews on multiple projects at once, 1-on-1s felt like a waste of time, annual raises were not competitive
