      Avantages

      This company offered the basics in terms of benefits, 401k etc. A few continuing education and certification options were available.

      Inconvénients

      No time provided to attend the advertised education and certifications that were promoted. After 5 years of service received notice of contract relocating and was offered a severance. There were no annual raises received, only additional notices for congratulations for new executives being hired in Dallas, TX

      Coworkers, exposure to different areas of IT, decent pay

      Inconvénients

      No support from upper management, working with skeleton crews on multiple projects at once, 1-on-1s felt like a waste of time, annual raises were not competitive
