      Avantages

      Solid all around. Good benefits. Smart management. Lots of entry level opportunities in IT. Helpdesk, Deskside support, Network administration.

      Inconvénients

      Few opportunities to move within the company. The company 401K matching is almost non existent. They dropped almost all forms of receiving bonuses and raises. Hard to promote yourself up the ranks.

      Can include working in the warehouse which isn’t technical at all

      Coworkers, exposure to different areas of IT, decent pay

      Inconvénients

      No support from upper management, working with skeleton crews on multiple projects at once, 1-on-1s felt like a waste of time, annual raises were not competitive
