Good Benefits, enjoy the team I work with, manger is pretty cool, good amount of jobs/contracts available to transfer to. Not much room for growth on certain contracts.
Inconvénients
They keep lowering PTO accrual for those just starting out.
Hardly any pay raise so be sure to get negotiate a higher wage to begin with.

Coworkers, exposure to different areas of IT, decent pay
Inconvénients
No support from upper management, working with skeleton crews on multiple projects at once, 1-on-1s felt like a waste of time, annual raises were not competitive
