Avantages
There no pros about this company. The # 1 driver is reckless and childish, he like to show you the ropes all the wrong ways. As a truck driver you should know the laws and dot regulations, we'll this driver doesn't. My advice to management is fire the dispatchers and your #1 driver if you want honesty in your company.
Inconvénients
Dispatchers don't know what they are doing. They tell you to break the law. They talk behind your back and smile in your face like they are your best friend. They try to tell you to do your own brakes on the trucks, knowing you have to be a certified brake mechanic. They also advertise the heavy-duty driver job pay starting at $25.00 an hour, That's a lie not even their so called #1 driver makes that. Unless you want to get fired around they holidays, I would highly recommend you not work here, they don't care about you.
