Avantages
The job duties themselves are straightforward: maintaining the cleanliness of the pantry, ensuring that supplies are stocked for the upcoming days, and providing assistance with any facility-related requests. Despite the simplicity of these tasks, I often find myself with little to do.
Inconvénients
When I interviewed with the HR team, I was informed that this part-time job would guarantee me at least 32 working hours per week, which seemed quite promising. The pay was also very attractive, which led me to accept the position. However, I soon learned from another HR supervisor that job assignments would depend on the availability of work, largely influenced by who takes a sick leave on any given day. This meant that the job's reliability was highly questionable, as no one could predict the workload until the morning of each day.
