It’s nice working at a company that wants to see you grow both professionals and personally.

      Inconvénients

      Compass is a large company and as someone coming from a smaller company, I have had to adjust to a larger structure.

      Real estate agents are their customers. All the technology and tools are designed to help agents work more effectively.

      Inconvénients

      There is a push to earn a higher commission from each transaction. There is no cap on the amount you pay Compass.
