      -opportunity to build organization from the ground up -Executive Director and Board are very supportive of your long-term career development -dynamic work environment with a great combination of social mission, business acumen, outdoor activities, and customer/client service

      Inconvénients

      -underfunded (despite an amazing social mission, impact and work environment!)
