      Avantages

      Great work environment, flexibility, snacks, competitive pay. Hard work is rewarded and a work life balance is strongly encouraged.

      Inconvénients

      Once you are established, there will always be work that needs to be done. It can be hard to take a day off since the work can pile up in your absence. This job needs consistent boundaries for one’s self to not get burnt out. Can be stressful with the work load.

      Avantages

      Atmosphere is light and cordial. Everyone is focused on our activities. They focus on your mental and physical well-being and being all you can for this role.

      Inconvénients

      The work load has ebbs and flows. Some weeks your activity are light and you are done early and can help others, though when the load is heavy it’s a lot to juggle. Taking extended time off need planning and working ahead since your activity list is yousto manage, though thankfully you have team mates who can help at times.
