      Avantages

      Most people employed here hard working, dedicated and knowledgeable. Good systems in place to help you do the work.

      Inconvénients

      Company puts little value on their employee satisfaction. Company will always put their bottom line first and you will be ‘just a number’ if you work here. Lack of explanation on how to progress and grow within in company.

      Avantages

      -the people -mostly easy-going -not a hard job -good actually entry level job -people are almost always willing to teach you something you are not sure about

      Inconvénients

      -Schedule rigidity -almost no say in where or when you work (even though the company preaches this as one of its values) -the pay (didn't get a raise for the first 2 years I worked there and they were small rasises. Then told I was not being promoted after waiting 3 years for the promotion I was promised) -the favoraitism by management -the work is either a 100% or nothing to do -in office days tend to be highly stressful
