Avantages
Casual dress code, monthly lunches, nice coworkers, seemingly low-stress work environment, nice location in Rockville - accessible to Metro
Inconvénients
Hire a lot of temps for low pay & no benefits. Training consisted of sitting with different workers who each gave their own version of doing things then once I was on my own I was told not to do things that way. Certain people get special treatment. It seems to be all about the numbers here, but that doesn't apply to everyone.
