      Inconvénients

      Team members are jumping ship fast Company taken over by Investment company, Investment company only wants its bottom line. Morale is low for those that have worked for the company more than a few months Company Awards programme is a popularity contest.

      Avantages

      Flexible Working: No expectation to go into the office; attendance is only needed for company events. This gives excellent work-life balance. Agile Decision-Making: Being a smaller organisation means decisions are made quickly, which is helpful when urgent action is required.

      Inconvénients

      Internal Politics: Like many companies, politics can sometimes slow progress. Resource Constraints: Certain teams experience shortages due to turnover, which can impact delivery. Rapid Change: The speed of organisational changes can create confusion and make it hard for some employees to adapt to new processes.
