Avantages
I have been working at CodersFirst for a while now. Started as their employee but have switched to freelance as I am interested in a whole spectrum of HR not only in skills evaluation. This is a small team of people absolutely dedicated to solution they are building. Very hard-working and very demanding. I call it a kind of church, because word "sect" has too negative connotation. In overall I like working with them as their work is structured and precise.
Inconvénients
On a negative note though I'd say it too dynamic and if you want to work with them you shouldn't take things personal. They are focused on the product and they measure E V E R Y T H I N G all the time to deliver the best solution ever so sometimes you can feel that they haven't noticed what you have just done because according to numbers they have you need to change it immediately. So if you understand that product is the most important thing in the world - this is a place for you.
