      CodeWin benefits from being part of the Moongy group, which brings solid structure and good resources. The training programs are well organized and useful. HR is supportive and does a good job following up with employees.

      Inconvénients

      There are limited growth opportunities, especially for more experienced professionals. Managerial follow-up could be stronger — sometimes you feel a bit on your own.
