      Avantages

      Work from home; nice office close to James Street; monthly social event; strong financial backing (stable software company); executive level are working hard to ensure that the business is bringing in work. Opportunities are there for people who are willing to put in the effort.

      Inconvénients

      The product isn't mature yet so there's lots of complex problems to solve on parallel projects. Can be a bit of a nightmare trying to stay ontop of what is being changed and why.

      Avantages

      Lovely team, great office facilities and location. Technically still in startup phase but run relatively well with some mature processes and management despite that. There's plenty of room for learning and growth for those looking for it. WFH model is easily one of the best you'll find in the market right now.

      Inconvénients

      Sales lead development model. Things are still workshopped out before development with a loose product mindset, but just means the pipeline will all be client-driven initiatives.
