Avantages
I have enjoyed my time with this company so far. Everyone is friendly and helpful and the overall vibe of the club makes it to where you "want to come to work." A nice perk is as long as you work a certain amount of hours- you're able to get a free gym membership! The General Manager as well as the rest of upper management are attentive, compassionate, and willing to listen to any concerns you may have - and that is really important. The work atmosphere is always energetic, positive, and honestly full of comradery, which I really appreciate.
Inconvénients
Downsides are the same as any job dealing in customer service. Being talked down to by rude members is probably my least favorite. As far as "cons" or "downsides" involving being an employee... I have none.
