Avantages
They pay, not well but it’s a check.
Inconvénients
The company is run strictly from corporate and there is no communication until there is a problem. The lack of communication and training is a major issue. They prefer a boot licker over a hard worker. If you bust your tail for them it is never reflected in your reviews and your chances of advancement are slim to none. The pay rates for long term employees is based on when you started, meaning people that start years later can be paid more than you for the same position. If you find out, they make up a new title to cover their tracks. The customers are permitted to be abusive and you will be reprimanded if you can’t take blatant disrespect. The employees are allowed to gang up and use racially insensitive language due to the small amount of minority presence on staff. The opioid use that is allowed is also an issue.
