      Avantages

      I love the semi-flextime it offers. It gives us a work-life balance as long as we know how to manage our time. Salary is also output based. You earn what you work for.

      Inconvénients

      They don't update their employees about the benefits. The pieces of equipment are too outdated. Incentive requirements are set too high but the incentive itself is too low. Not worth it to work hard for.

      Great people to work with. A lot of support from management.

      Inconvénients

      I can´t say there were any cons given my circumstances at the time I was working there.
