      Avantages

      Some of the people are great to work with and really care about making things happen in the company.

      Inconvénients

      Lack of tools, lack of training, too many grey areas while working, not enough room to succeed, need more people on teams to do work but no budget for that. Will get burnt out very easily. NO WORK LIFE BALANCE AT ALL

      The company is purpose driven with great products and people. The company values are super important to everyone.

      Inconvénients

      There is no place to hide in this company. Results are a core value and everyone is expected to produce results. Fortunately, teamwork is also a core value and everyone works together very well.

      Great people. Great energy, startup feel, work/life balance

      -Startup feel after 25-30 years in operation may be a bad thing. -constant shift of direction -all about the bottom line
