      Avantages

      My team is pretty awesome. We get a ton of stuff done, great opportunities to hone in my craft. My team's culture is great. Pay is ok, but I foresee no raises because we haven't done well the last few years.

      Inconvénients

      Company direction and culture stinks. ClickBank lost its focus and now thinks it's 5 companies in one, focusing on several new products in new industries. It could work, but it's incredibly risky and probably won't. Should have went deeper in our space: Affiliate Marketing. Silos are huge, collaboration is difficult, and leadership doesn't seem to give a $%#@ what anyone else thinks. Overall, I feel like I'm on a sinking ship.

      Avantages

      The team is the best part about CB. The genuinely care about their clients and their employees. Benefits are great and collaboration is top notch. Mostly transparent with how things are going as a whole.

      Inconvénients

      There are not many cons here, but if I had to think about it. I would say some of how the recent restrucuring could've been handled in a better way. There also isn't much room for upward movement unless someone leaves. That said because it's a great place to work most employees stay as long as possible.
