      Avantages

      Not any I can think of, used to be a great place to work. Now just another ugly call center. There are some good people but not many. I would name the good ones but then I would only get fired. It’s that kinda place!

      Inconvénients

      Company only cares about having bodies on the phone. messages and phones. training is non existent. Executive Management is a joke. This employer does not care about you as an individual, only if the money is rolling in. If you get sick, fired..death in the family, fired. So much gossip that goes around about people in this place. This employer does not care about you as an individual. I think I’m a great employee but I can’t wait to quit, I just can’t quit today because I have bills. It’s a sad circle.

      None that I can think of.

      Inconvénients

      Low pay, blatant violations of Dodd Frank customary and reasonable fees. And they keep buying out companies to increase their monopoly.
