      Avantages

      I honestly can’t think of one pro of working on the HR team. I just urge anyone to take these reviews seriously.

      Inconvénients

      The hr management will promise you the sun moon and stars. They give empty promises to keep you in employment. There’s a reason why the hr team has so many leavers. Yet management can’t seem to figure it out.

      Little growth opportunity, performance of other programs/departments affects the budget which affects your pay somehow
