      Sometimes longer hours are needed to complete project work, but that's normal for any IT position.

      Avantages

      1. Flexibility in terms of work hours & projects we get to work on 2. Freedom to choose the right tool for the problem 3. Friendly team members 4. We take time to have fun (outdoor activities, golf outings, team building activities etc) 5. Training and support for beginners

      Inconvénients

      1. Too much healthcare focus. As a services company we should look into other domains as well
