      Avantages

      Good Pay Good Product and a Good Employee Support System. Well Known COmpany and many hard working employees that want to make it work.

      Inconvénients

      Poor management and treatment of employees. Very progressive with knoweldge and company advancement but poor treatment of employees and no appreciation for the hard work that is done.

      Avantages

      Good pay, GREAT medical insurance company pays full premium for all the family low deductible company has always had great health insurance would have never left but moved out of area. worked there for 8 years Co-workers all friendly like a family environment. Owner is an extremely intelligent man.

      Inconvénients

      Need more restrooms for the men

      Avantages

      Awesome opportunities abound. I am a long term employee. If you work hard you will make lots of money. If you are a lazy person you will not succeed. We've had 100% company paid health care way before Obama. Great benefits. We are taken care of like family.

      Inconvénients

      Aggressive company. Fast moving. Not a good fit for everyone. If you are not a go-getter then this is not the place for you.
