      No strategy. Leadre focussed on fixing things that are not broken. Losing many good people. Too slow.

      kind of flexible on scheduling. decent pay not too stressful

      Inconvénients

      overworked with no care about your personal life they say your scheduled 8 hours but constantly 12+ hour days even though you work within their time estimates. Absolutely no reason to be efficient with your schedule and routes because they just keep adding work.
